Let me first start off with saying welcome back and thank you for being patient with me. I know that it’s been a while since I’ve posted, but with the end of my program and the start of my classes back home I really wanted to soak up everything and enjoy these seasons of change. With that being said, I’m hoping to start this little side project back up! I have so much material to write about that I’ve gathered from my program, and even though it’s been a while since it’s happened I hope it helps those who are going down for a College Program or even just a vacation find some inspiration on what to see, do, and experience.

So to start things back up again, I’ve decided to revisit my Bucket List that I made before the start of my program and show you what exactly I got accomplished! 7 months worth of adventures are compiled on this list, some being added and some being edited. If you are gearing up for a program I highly recommend making a bucket list. It gives you something to look forward to while waiting to go down there as well as give you a list of possible things to do when you have free time.

A lot of what is compiled on this list is up for further discussion on this blog and I’m looking forward to explaining into greater detail my adventures during the program.

Disney College Program Bucket List

General

• Go to all 4 parks in one day!
• Be the first person on your favorite ride for the day (Space & Splash Mountain)
• Go to a park by yourself
• Go with all your roommates to the parks
• Go to a rope drop at each park at least once (MK ✅, EPCOT ✅, DHS❎, DAK❎)
• Do every ride in every park at least once
• Do a behind the scenes tour (Holiday Warehouse, Haunted Mansion, Fantasmic, Space Mountain)
• Go to the parks and don’t ride any rides
• See every show and parade
• Stay at a park from open til close
• Use every bathroom on property
• Spot a Celebrity (Frankie Muniz/Alyson Hannigan)
• Run Disney Event

Magic Kingdom

• Go to the park and just meet characters for the day (see how many pictures and autographs you can get)
• Get Pixie Dust from Castle Couture
• Make a wish in the wishing well
• Take a picture on empty Main Street
• Ride all 3 mountains in one day (Space, Splash, Big Thunder)
• Ride an outdoor attraction during the Fireworks
• Ride Space Mountain with the lights on
• Stay til park closing and see the Kiss Goodnight
• Take the ferry boat instead of the monorail
• Become a Galactic Hero on Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin
• Get a log all to yourself on Splash Mountain
• Play Sorcerers of the Magic Kingdom

EPCOT

• Get a souvenir from every country!
• Take a picture in the phone booth in the London Pavilion
• Get a passport from Guest Relations and visit every country in World Showcase to get it stamped
• Get a pressed penny from every country
• Ride both Green and Orange side of Mission Space
• Sit in the front row, middle section (B1), of Soarin
• Try ALL the flavors at Club Cool
• Attend Flower & Garden Festival
• Attend Festival of the Arts

Disney’s Hollywood Studios

• Sit in the very front row at Fantasmic
• Be the Rebel Spy on Star Tours
• Get a Cast Preview of Toy Story Land
• Fill an entire elevator on Tower of Terror with CP’s
• Get picked as a volunteer for Indiana Jones Stunt Show

Disney’s Animal Kingdom

• Find the Vine people between Africa and Asia
• Ride the first Kilimanjaro Safari of the day
• Do the Wild Africa Trek
• Become a Wilderness Explorer

Disney Springs

• Go Bowling at Splitsville
• Ride the Characters in Flight Balloon
• See a movie at AMC theater (Black Panther, Incredibles 2, Ant-Man & the Wasp, Mamma Mia 2)
• Star Wars: Secrets of the Empire

Disney Resorts

• Visit every resort!
• Campfire and sing along with Chip and Dale at Fort Wilderness
• Take a carriage ride at Fort Wilderness
• Explore the Boardwalk at night
• Get a bunch of friends together and stay at a fancy resort for just one night
• Get leis from the Polynesian
• Go to a movie night at one of the resorts
• Relax in a swing at the Polynesian
• Ride the resort monorail around all day
• Visit the Wedding Pavilion
• Watch the Happily Ever After from the Polynesian Beach

• Learn to Surf at Typhoon Lagoon
