One of the cool things about being a Disney Cast Member is all the Discounts & Perks that come along with it! Disney treats its employees well and rewards them for their hard work with some pretty sweet deals.

For starters, all Disney Employees get complimentary admission to the parks with a “Main Gate Pass” that they can use when they are not working. This pass can get you into any of the Disney parks in the world, except Tokyo Disneyland, and it only has a select number of blackout dates in which CM’s can’t use it.

Disney employees are also rewarded with “Chip n Dale” Park Hopper tickets that they then can give out to friends and family! CM’s are able to earn 3 of these every 150 hours they have worked, and they can earn up to 9 in a calendar year.

• Cast Connections – a CM exclusive outlet store (friends and family can join CM’s) –> that also includes Mickey’s Treasures (ONLY CM’s) a backroom that has broken and gently used items for CM’s to purchase
• 50% Backstage Tours (Wild Africa Trek, Dolphins in the Depth, Keys to the Kingdom)
• Backstage Magic– a CM exclusive site in which you can put your name into a lottery for backstage tours of rides, resort stays, and merchandise!
